How much do your courses cost?

We offer extremely competitive rates without compromising in quality. Courses are charged at a half day and day rate. Please get in touch with us to see if we can save you some pennies.

Can we have different topics on the same day?

Yes you can but it does depend on the topic. You can combine any 3 hour courses to make it a day or run the same course twice to cover more staff. A 6 hour course however takes up a full day so it will run alone.

Will we be charged if we cancel?

We try to be as fair as possible when it comes to cancellation fees as we understand that things don't always go as planned. While we do ask that you give us a weeks notice as bookings do then become chargeable, please do talk to us as this will be at our discretion and we may be able to waive the fee.

How and when will we receive our certificates?

We are able to send your certificates over to you via post and/or alternatively electronically through email should you wish to receive them sooner. Certificates will be released upon full receipt of payment for the completed course.

We have specific needs, can courses be tailored to us?

Yes they can! We understand that every setting is unique so if you need anything specific then please do get in touch and we will work with you to ensure the course covers everything you need.
