Course Bookings

Courses can be booked via telephone, email or the website. Once a date has been agreed upon by yourself and us an automated booking form will be issued to you as confirmation of the contract for us to deliver the service requested by you. All bookings will be confirmed in writing, even telephone bookings.

Payment

Payment is due 30 days following the date of invoice being issued unless agreed otherwise upon booking. In cases where payment is not made before the date of training, certificates will be withheld until the invoice is settled. Payment can be made via bacs, cheque, PayPal or card.

Cancellations

Should you need to cancel for any reason, please provide us written cancellation with at least 7 days notice. If courses are cancelled within 7 days of the agreed delivery date, the course is then 100% chargeable.



Date Changes

As per our cancellation policy, please provide us with at least 7 days notice should you need to amend the date of a booking. We must receive this request in writing.

Non attendance

Should a course not go ahead on the day without prior notice for example our trainer arriving on the agreed date with no one able to participate in the training, the course will be fully chargeable.
